Nichole Lancaster

For the past 15 years, I’ve helped build six and seven figure brands through marketing, sales strategy, client experience, and business development, first inside corporate beauty companies and luxury spas, and now through my own consulting, education, and mentorship.

My background started in the spa industry as a licensed esthetician and laser technician, but I quickly moved beyond just performing services. I became deeply involved in the business side of spas, sales systems, client retention, operations, team growth, revenue strategy, and marketing. I worked inside high-performing med spas and beauty businesses where I learned firsthand what actually drives revenue and builds loyal clientele.

But as a single mom, I knew I needed more flexibility and more control over my future. I didn’t want to spend my life tied to someone else’s schedule while helping build their dream. I wanted to create a business and career that gave me the ability to be present for my daughter while still building something impactful.

That decision completely changed the trajectory of my life and career.

Today, I help business owners scale through strategic marketing, sales psychology, branding, automation, audience growth, and customer experience. My strategies are rooted in real business development, not trends or fluff, and they’ve proven to work across multiple industries and business models.

I now speak at conferences and trade shows across the United States teaching online marketing, sales, and brand growth strategies, and currently serve as the Director of Marketing for The Tampa City Ballet, where I’ve applied these same systems and strategies successfully outside of the beauty industry as well.

My passion is helping business owners stop relying on luck, inconsistent referrals, or burnout marketing tactics and instead build brands that are profitable, scalable, visible, and sustainable long term.
