Hi, I'm Nichole! My journey in the spa industry began in 2012 when I became a licensed esthetician and laser tech. I dedicated myself to working for several big Med Spas and day spas, taking on roles as a Medical Esthetician and sometimes as a spa or business manager. But the more I invested in someone else's business, the more I felt drained, both physically and emotionally. The long hours, lack of flexibility, and the constant pressure to return to work even when sick took a toll on me. I realized that the structure of working for someone else wasn’t sustainable for me.

The turning point came when I understood that if I could build a strong clientele and generate significant revenue for these spas, I could do the same for myself. I craved the freedom to manage my own time, take vacations without guilt, and truly invest in my future. In 2016, as a single mom pregnant with my daughter, I took the leap and started my own beauty business. Despite starting with just a few hundred dollars, I steadily reinvested in my business, expanding my services and growing my income.

Today, I am proud to say that I have built a six-figure beauty brand, and more importantly, I have achieved the happiness and freedom I longed for. I now have the flexibility to take care of myself, enjoy vacations, and take necessary rest days, all while being more successful than ever. My mission is to help beauty professionals like you on the same journey toward building a thriving business, finding happiness, and enjoying the freedom of working less while achieving more
