I started my solo business back in 2016 out of necessity. I was a single mom who needed to make more money and have flexibility in my schedule. 

At the time I was managing a spa in South Tampa, I knew I was an amazing esthetician and wanted to get back in to services.

Over the past 12 years I had made other spa owners 6-7 figures, I knew I could do the same for myself. So I went solo, found a location and borrowed a bed. Started small and knew I could make lots of money without spending thousands. 

Well... I didn't! My first year in business I only made $15,000. As a distracted new mom, I didn't apply any of the business tools I had. I was treating my business as if I was an employee not the CEO of it. 

I could've considered $15,000 a major failure, closed down and worked for someone else. But my dream was to be solo. Once I realized I needed to shift my identity to CEO of Nichole Lancaster Aesthetics, I started operating as a 6 figure business owner. I was able to grow my business from $15,000 to over $100,000, fully booked with a waitlist. 

Now that I've opened  up my spa business mentorship programs I can help more Estheticians start and  grow their very own successful spa businesses in as little as 6 weeks!
